Job summary

One Mobility Group is seeking a Raw Material Planning Engineer to support the production program at our Pune Lonikand site. You will manage raw material planning for domestic and import supplies, aiming to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires experience in automotive SCM, familiarity with SAP for MRP, and a BE or Diploma in Engineering. We offer flexible hours, growth opportunities, and a globally operating group.

Qualifications

• Experience as Raw Material Planner in SCM or Purchase within automotive manufacturing.
• Experience in Wiring Harness industries preferred.
• B.E. or Diploma in Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Plan raw material orders to cover the production program.
• Handle domestic and import raw material planning.
• Monitor and ensure sufficient RM inventory and timely delivery of materials.
• Minimize stock levels to meet KPI targets for RM material.
• Set SAP parameters within logistics, including MRP and scheduling agreements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and participate in physical inventories.

Raw Material Planning Engineer

At one of our locations in One Mobility Group in Asia India, (Pune Lonikand)

Your tasks:

• Orders Raw Material to ensure coverage of the production program with material
• Hands-on experience in Domestic and Import raw material planning.
• Monitors, controls and is responsible for sufficient inventory of Raw materials.
• Minimizes the stock level of Raw material to achieve the Plant Inventory KPI target for RM material
• Plans deliveries of Raw material. Controls the receipt of material (delivery notes), guarantees timely delivery of raw material.
• Responsible for the target level of raw material stocks according to set goals and implement measures to reduce stock and total logistics costs
• Prepares monthly reports according to the instructions of TL material planning, or Logistics Manager
• Responsible for setting parameters in the SAP system that are within the competence of Logistics. knowledge of MRP, scheduling agreements.
• Cooperates in the execution of physical inventories, is a member of the inventory committee
• Ensures external logistics communication with suppliers on a daily basis
• Participates in the Engineering Change Request process and is responsible for correct information on the stock status of the changed material
• Archives supporting documents of deliveries of raw material

Job Requirements

Experience as a Raw Material Planner role in the field of SCM or Purchase department in the Automotive manufacturing industries.

Experience In Wiring Harness Industries Will Be Preferred.

Specialized knowledge /education:

B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) or Diploma in Engineering.
