Job summary

Voltaira India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Logistics Executive to manage FG warehouse activities, inventory, and dispatch processes from its Pune location. The role involves coordinating with Sales, Finance, Production, and Quality to ensure timely customer deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with Material Management qualifications and hands-on SAP MM/WM/SD experience, plus strong communication and logistics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, B.Sc.) with Diploma/MBA in Material Management or BE with Diploma/MBA in Material Management.
• Experience in SAP MM/WM/SD module (Mandatory).
• Strong communication skills to handle customers & transport vendors.
• Inventory level monitoring and on-time dispatch capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage FG warehouse activities including FG Material Receipt, Labeling, Material Storage, Inventory management, MIS and Inventory Audit.
• Keep timely system entries after each physical movement in FG warehouse and resolve discrepancies.
• Plan manpower for vehicle loading/unloading; coordinate with Sales & Finance for dispatch docs; coordinate with Production & Quality for on-time FG availability.
• Ensure 100% correct and on-time dispatches to customers; monitor daily cycle counts and audit results.

We are looking for

Logistics Executive

at one of our locations in One Mobility Group in Asia India, (Pune Lonikand)

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:

• Store Functions:
• Manage Over all FG warehouse activities including FG Material Receipt from Production, Labeling, Material Storage, Inventory management, MIS, and Inventory Audit.
• Timely complete all system entries after each physical movement done in the FG warehouse.
• Timely close all Material discrepancies in the warehouse. 4)Follow standard warehouse practices in the warehouse and Maintain 5S.
• FIFO, Shelf-life monitoring, and preservation
• Preparations and fulfilments of all records for IATF, EMS & customer Audits.
• Review daily Cycle Count reports & update the results in system. Verify reasons of difference in cycle count.
• Monthly Inventory check and ensure 100% match the Inventory as per system record.
• Packaging proposal and finalization for new projects.
• Participating in problem solving techniques Ex.8D, WHY-WHY.

• Specialized knowledge /education: Bachelor’s degree (B. Com, B.Sc.) with Diploma/MBA in Material Management OR Engineering Diploma/BE with Diploma/MBA in Material Management.
• Logistics & SAP Functions:
• Manpower planning for vehicles loading & unloading.
• Co-ordination with Sales & finance for Invoicing & making arrangements for required documents/ form for dispatches.
• Co-ordination with Production & Quality team for the on-time availability of FG material for the customer deliveries.
• Monitoring daily Rejection disposals- Reverse Logistics (Bin Logistics), On time Transport freight bills clearance.
• Co-ordination with Outsourced Agency and Overseas Voltaira SAP team for system related issues.
• Responsible for 100% correct and on time dispatches to the customers.
• Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of documents required for Material dispatches. Experience in SAP MM/ WM/ SD module (Mandatory)
• Communication skills to handle customers & transport vendors.
• Inventory level monitoring skills
