Job summary

One Mobility Group is seeking a Dy. Manager - Sales in Asia India (Pune Lonikand). You will drive RFQ management, prepare quotations with cost break-ups, and negotiate with Tier1 customers. The role involves coordinating with engineering, purchase and project management to support sales and budget targets.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s/MBA, strong SAP SD skills, and solid understanding of the Indian automotive market. Prior experience in wiring harness sales is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of RFQ process and product costing basics.
• Experience negotiating with Tier1 automobile customers.
• Commercial understanding and ability to negotiate independently with customers.

Responsibilities

• RFQ management and quotation preparation.
• Coordinate with engineering, purchase and project management for sales activities.
• Prepare price increase requests based on Cu LME, FX, RM prices.
• Achieve budgeted sales and manage customer payments.

We are looking for

Dy. Manager - Sales

at one of our locations in One Mobility Group in Asia India, ( Pune Lonikand)

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:

• Should be excellent in RFQ management-Preparation of Quotation & Cost break-up. Price negotiation with customers
• Coordination with internal departments i.e engineering, purchase, project management departments for sales related commercial activities.
• Techno-commercial knowledge of wiring harness (preferred)
• To get the price increase based on Cu LME, FX, RM prices from customers.
• Sales Budget preparation.
• Responsible for achieving the budgeted sales.
• Customer payment recovery activities Price increase-price decrease, Supplementary invoices - Debtors.
• Sales documentation: MIS report, PO history, customer docket, Grow-LIST, One pager, ECN history etc
• Strong knowledge of Indian automotive market, Tier1 customers and EV market
• Customer communication skill
• SAP- SD module

Job Requirements

• Qualification: - Bachelor’s Degree / MBA
• Candidate should have knowledge of RFQ process, minimum level of product costing, new customer penetration
• Commercials knowledge & having ability to handle independently & interact with Tier1 automobile customers and do negotiations.
• Having sound knowledge on technical presentation, reviews & discussion with customer.
• Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to build rapport.
• Time management and planning skills.
• Sales & Marketing experience in Automotive / wiring harness industry
