Role Overview

Senior Rating Analyst – Securitization Transactions

Responsibilities

• Credit analysis of financial instruments in the BFSI sector for securitized transactions.
• Financial analysis and projections of financial instruments.
• Analytical rigor in presentations to the rating committees.
• Maintain high quality analysis and stay up-to-date on market and industry information to recommend appropriate rating actions.
• Interact with company management, auditors, bankers, and other lenders; visit companies and factories for regular monitoring and data gathering.
• Own the folio through regular surveillance, quarterly reviews, material event monitoring, and tracking company performance against macroeconomic changes.
• Handle internal and external audit queries.
• Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures, regulations, and policies.
• Meet tight deadlines without compromising analytical quality.
• Manage client interactions and maintain good relationships.
• Apply analytical expertise in securitized transactions, including financial modeling and ratio analysis.
• Stay updated with latest regulatory guidelines and circulars, especially in structured finance products.
• Present findings with strong verbal and written communication skills.
