Job summary

ABB Motion in Bengaluru, India seeks a Product Owner/Delivery lead with 8–10 years of software delivery experience. You will collaborate with global POs, define and prioritize the feature backlog, and ensure alignment with business and customer needs.

You will write user stories, groom requirements, and support demos while ensuring scalability and maintainability in releases, leveraging Agile/SAFe and Azure cloud knowledge.

Qualifications

• Total minimum 8–10 years of software delivery experience.
• Minimum 3+ years as Product Owner/Module Lead/Delivery lead for diverse software projects.
• Sound knowledge of Variable Frequency Drive, Electrical Motors and their applications.
• Deep understanding of AC/DC drives, motor selection and sizing, commissioning.
• Experience in Scrum, Agile, and Software Development Lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize and maintain the product feature backlog with alignment to business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with global POs and cross-functional teams; analyze and resolve stakeholder bugs with high-level plans.
• Write business and technical user stories; create and groom requirements; support early demos.
• Ensure scalability and maintainability in every release; apply SAFe practices and Azure cloud basics.
