Job summary

ABB in Bangalore, India invites an experienced software engineer to join the R&D team. You will lead analysis, design and development of product features for Connectivity Packages, aligning with time, cost and quality targets.

The role requires strong C#/.NET, WPF, and SCADA knowledge, with Azure and CI experience. You will coach the team, contribute to UI/UX concepts, and define features based on MRS while ensuring robust documentation and test-case inputs.

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in CS/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation with 10–15 years’ experience in Software development using .NET technologies, preferably C# .NET, WinForms and WPF.
• Strong object-oriented programming and design skills.
• Expert in Designing and development skills in C#/.NET with knowledge in SCADA system (IEC61850), Azure.
• Familiarity with continuous integration using Git.

• Lead and collaborate with the team to deliver product releases on time with quality.
• Design and implement product features based on requirements and maintain UI/UX concepts.
