ABB Motion in Bengaluru is seeking a Product Owner/Delivery lead to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders around the feature backlog. You will collaborate with global POs to define and prioritize software features, ensure they meet customer needs, and drive iterative delivery on the Motion Business Drive Product in Bangalore.

You will write business and technical user stories, groom requirements, and monitor SDLC, Agile and SAFe processes while ensuring scalability and maintainability

Formación

• 8-10 years of experience in electrical/software delivery roles.
• 3+ years as Product Owner/Delivery lead on complex software projects.
• Solid understanding of VFD/VSD and motor selection/applications.
• Experience with SAFe, Scrum, and Agile software development.
• Knowledge of PLC automation and Azure cloud.

Your role and responsibilities:

As a Product Owner /Delivery You are also responsible for domain related doubt clarification on an iterative basis and creating common understanding between team members and stake holders. This role is contributing to the Motion Business Drive Product in Bangalore, India

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Collaborate with the other global POs in the program team and cross-functional teams to define, prioritize and maintain the product feature backlog according to agreed rules, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• If any bug is reported by stake holders, you should analyze it and create a high-level resolution plan for team members.
• As a knowledgeable person continuously monitoring the under-development project and ensuring each feature which is being developed fully meet customer expectations.
• You should also ensure that the scalability and maintainability of the tool is ensured in every release.
• Writing business and technical user stories by understanding business requirement features to be implemented in software development. Creating and grooming requirements for teams, providing support for early demo.
• Understand Software Development Lifecycle process, Agile methodology, SAFe framework for delivery of software products.
• Knowledge on Azure cloud, software development, technology stacks and Validations.

Qualifications for the role :

• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in electrical, Instrumentation, Industrial Automation or Total minimum 8 -10 years of experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as Product Owner/Module Lead/Team Lead/Delivery lead for diverse complex software development project/team.
• Should have sound knowledge of Variable Frequency Drive (VFD/VSD), Electrical Motors, sizing and its use cases, applications and working principles.
• Deep understanding of concept of AC, DC, Drives Motors selection , sizing, commissioning experience and different types of motors and its applications
• Knowledge in PLC automation and engineering.
• Experience in Scrum Framework, Agile methodology, Software development lifecycle.
• Effective network and communication skills in a multicultural environment.
