Job summary

ABB Motion in India (Faridabad) seeks an experienced R&D & Engineering Lead to head the team, secure capacity and drive ongoing design process improvements. You will own tool development, ensure quality outputs, and align with global stakeholders while ensuring compliance with standards and safety regulations.

The role demands 7+ years in electrical or mechanical design, strong leadership, and experience with Lean/Agile approaches.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field with 7+ years’ experience.
• Experience in electrical/mechanical design and process development.
• Leadership, coaching and collaboration skills.
• Lean and Agile mindset and experience.
• Experience with insulation systems, magnetic materials, and motor technologies is a plus.

You will lead team who maintains and develops existing and new products and technologies in R&D & Engineering department.
