CIEL HR is assisting in hiring an R&D Head for a leading textile machinery company in Chakan, Pune. The role requires steering R&D strategy, overseeing product development, and coordinating with global teams to drive excellence in engineering projects.

The incumbent will lead a multi-disciplinary team, manage budgets, and ensure a robust design-to-delivery process with a focus on continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• BE or DME in Mechanical or Textile Engineering.
• Experience leading R&D in textile machinery or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Pro-E/Creo, SolidWorks, SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D for Textile Machinery.
• Coordinate with Global/HQ R&D teams on product development and engineering projects.
• Drive design thinking and robust product development processes.
• Lead 3D drawing conversion and engineering activities.
• Ensure zero-defect quality culture in product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead R&D for Textile Machinery
• Manage product development and engineering projects in coordination with the Global/HQ R&D team
