Job summary

Xpertz Innovations in Chennai seeks an experienced coatings engineer to lead development, optimization, and scale-up of water-based wall coatings for interior and exterior applications.

With 7–10 years in coatings, you will drive performance across economy to premium segments, troubleshoot processes, and push scale-up into manufacturing. This is a full-time role based in Chennai, India, focusing on engineering and manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in development, optimization, troubleshooting and scale-up of water-based wall coating systems.
• Experience with interior and exterior decorative emulsions.
• Develop and optimize water-based interior and exterior wall paints across economy, mid-premium and premium segments.
• UG education: Any Graduate.
