Prem Green Pvt. Ltd. invites a budding formulation chemist to join our cosmetic development team.

Fresher to 2 years of hands-on experience in skincare and haircare formulations is welcome, with a background in B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Pharm. The role involves assisting in formulation creation, weighing and mixing raw materials, maintaining formulation records, preparing product samples, and coordinating with QC for testing and stability studies.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of chemistry and cosmetic ingredients.
• Attention to detail and good observation skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of skin care and hair care product formulations.
• Support the preparation of creams, lotions, face washes, shampoos, conditioners, serums, and other personal care products.
• Perform weighing, mixing, and processing of raw materials as per formulation requirements.
• Maintain records of formulations, raw materials, laboratory trials, and experimental results.
• Prepare product samples and coordinate with the QC Department for testing.
• Assist in stability testing and monitor changes in product appearance, texture, colour, and odour.
• Support formulation modifications based on trial results and feedback.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of raw materials and prepared samples.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
