Job summary

Normet Jaipur is seeking a Quotation Support Engineer to back our sales teams with complex, high-quality quotations for mining, tunnelling and construction services. You will monitor RFQs, collaborate cross-functionally and ensure timely delivery from quote to order.

With 5+ years of experience and a solid engineering background, you will translate technical specifications into accurate quotes, maintain records in sales systems, and communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quotation/engineering experience.
• Diploma or degree-level education, preferably in Engineering.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize RFQs and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming RFQs and actively manage quotation work queue.
• Prepare accurate, high-quality quotations for complex services opportunities.
• Submit quotations according to agreed target timelines and priorities.
• Maintain accurate quotation and opportunity information in relevant sales systems.
• Communicate proactively with customers and sales teams regarding technical clarifications, requirements, and recommendations.
