You will apply your deep understanding of accounting principles and financial metrics to analyze customer data, identify key insights, and suggest improvements that deliver customer and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze accounting data from QuickBooks to uncover actionable insights and financial trends.
• Apply US GAAP principles, including both cash-based and accrual-based accounting methods.
• Identify anomalies, inconsistencies, or potential errors in customer financial records.
• Collaborate with the product, engineering, and analytics teams to translate insights into improvements or feature ideas.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in accounting metrics and practices relevant to small businesses.
• Recommend data-backed insights that help improve customer financial outcomes or enhance product capabilities.
