Job summary

Zavya in India is seeking a sharp Quick Commerce professional to drive growth across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and upcoming channels. You will manage fast and slow movers, optimize SKUs and oversee replenishment and catalog hygiene.

The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years of Q-commerce or KAM experience, hands-on platform exposure, strong Excel skills, and the ability to deliver data-driven insights in a fast-paced startup setting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in quick commerce, marketplace growth, category operations or key account management.
• Hands-on exposure to Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, BigBasket Now or similar platforms is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Q-commerce metrics: fill rate, PO fulfilment, OSA, availability, replenishment, ads and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Q-commerce growth and execution across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and upcoming channels.
• Manage sharp SKU assortment, fast movers, slow movers, new launches, category expansion and sell-through improvement.
• Forecast demand for key SKUs and coordinate replenishment inputs with supply chain, warehouse and planning teams.
• Track and improve fill rate, PO fulfilment, OSA, dark store availability, dispatch adherence and stock-out risks.
• Coordinate ads, visibility slots, campaigns, pricing corrections and platform growth levers with internal and platform teams.
• Ensure catalog hygiene: titles, images, attributes, pricing, tags, content accuracy and new SKU go-live readiness.
• Explore new Q-commerce channels, city expansion, category pilots and platform-led opportunities.
• Maintain weekly dashboards for sales, SKU performance, availability, ads, catalog issues and open action items.

Zavya is hiring a sharp Quick Commerce professional to grow Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and new Q-commerce channels. This is not a generic e-commerce role. We need someone who understands limited assortments, fill rate, PO fulfilment, OSA, dark store availability, ads, catalog hygiene and replenishment follow-ups.

Ideal background:

Q-commerce / KAM / category operations from FMCG, beauty, fashion, jewellery, apparel, electronics or D2C brands.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in quick commerce, marketplace growth, category operations or key account management.
• Hands‑on exposure to Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, BigBasket Now or similar platforms is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Q-commerce metrics: fill rate, PO fulfilment, OSA, availability, replenishment, ads and visibility.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills: pivots, lookups, trackers, dashboards and basic analysis.
• Analytical, structured, high ownership, strong follow‑up discipline and comfort working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
