Job summary

Intent Farm is seeking a hands-on Paid Advertising Specialist to drive revenue growth across Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket Now, boosting visibility and profitability for multiple brands.

You will own end-to-end campaign management, optimize for ROAS and sales velocity, monitor metrics, and deliver daily/weekly insights. A strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads on Quick Commerce/Marketplace platforms.
• Experience in a performance marketing agency setup is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage paid advertising across Quick Commerce platforms.
• Develop platform-specific strategies to increase revenue and category share.
• Handle end-to-end campaign management for multiple brands simultaneously.

• Monitor and improve key metrics including CTR, CVR, CPC, ad-attributed sales, and organic uplift.
• Identify scaling opportunities through data analysis and smart budget allocation.
• Build structured launch frameworks for new SKUs to drive rapid discovery and ranking.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with clear business insights.
• Stay updated on algorithm shifts, bidding models, and new ad formats, and implement cutting-edge strategies.
