Job summary

Cauvery Buildtech is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in interior furnishing projects to lead quantity take-offs, cost estimation and cost control across the project lifecycle.

You will prepare BOQs, tender documents, and monitor payments while coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to ensure accurate cost reporting and adherence to project budgets.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Proficient in BOQ preparation, cost estimation and contract management.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Excel; experience with estimation software.
• Experience preferred in interior furnishing projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and interior drawings
• Estimate material, labour, and overall project costs
• Prepare BOQs and tender documents for procurement
• Assist in vendor and subcontractor evaluation
• Measure completed work and validate bills as per BOQ
• Prepare interim and final payment certificates
• Maintain records of measurements, invoices, and payments
• Generate cost reports and track actual vs. estimated costs
• Support claims and variation submissions for client approval
