• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs and detailed quantity take-offs from construction drawings.
• Verify contractor bills and prepare RA bills and final bills.
• Monitor project costs, control budgets, and manage cost variations.
• Perform material reconciliation and quantity analysis.
