Job summary

Bhumiputra Architecture is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for luxury interior fit-out projects in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will oversee project costing, procurement, and manage detailed BOQs and cost estimates while ensuring commercial compliance.

A proven track record of working in high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial interior projects is essential. Candidates with strong knowledge of luxury finishes and procurement skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying for high-end residential, hospitality, retail, or commercial interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of luxury interior finishes including stone, veneer, timber, metal, glass, upholstery, decorative finishes, and custom furniture.
• Proven experience in delivering premium interior fit-out projects from tendering through execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
• Conduct rate analysis and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
• Manage procurement, cost control, billing, variations, and project cash flows.
• Monitor project costs throughout design and execution stages.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure commercial compliance.
• Verify site measurements and certify contractor bills.
