Job summary

Cauvery Buildtech is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in interior furnishing projects to join our team in Kerala. The role concentrates on accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, cost estimation, and contract management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
• Familiarity with interior materials and finishes is preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and interior drawings
• Estimate material, labour, and overall project costs
• Prepare BOQs and tender documents for procurement
• Assist in vendor and subcontractor evaluation
• Measure completed work and validate bills as per BOQ
• Prepare interim and final payment certificates

• Generate cost reports and track actual vs. estimated costs
• Support claims and variation submissions for client approval
