Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for tendering and project execution.
• Extract quantities from drawings and validate scope and pricing.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents for accuracy.
• Conduct rate analysis for variations and negotiate with vendors.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and reports, and manage workflows on SAP.
• Collaborate with design, project management, procurement, and billing teams for smooth execution.
• Support cost-effective workspace solutions aligned with client needs.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, processes, and quality benchmarks.

Designation: Manager – Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor Specialist with experience in office interior fit-outs. The role will focus on cost estimation, BOQ preparation, vendor management, and procurement coordination to ensure efficient project execution within budget and timelines.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to support tendering and project execution.
• Extract and compute accurate quantities from construction drawings for all project activities.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents to validate scope and pricing.
• Conduct rate analysis for additional works and negotiate pricing with vendors.
• Maintain and manage documentation, trackers, and reports in a structured manner.
• Handle documentation and workflows on platforms such as R-Dash and SAP.
• Collaborate with internal teams including design, project management, procurement, and billing for seamless execution.
• Support in delivering cost-effective workspace solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and quality benchmarks.

Skillset required:
