Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates from drawings.
• Conduct rate analysis and support tendering activities.
• Verify contractor/client RA bills and final bills.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and material reconciliation.
• Manage vendor quotations, work orders, and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with site, procurement, and design teams for project - execution.
• Prepare cost reports and ensure timely project billing.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and project requirements.
