Tata Projects Limited in Hyderabad is seeking a Quantity Surveyor CSA, Electrical, and Mechanical to manage quantity take-offs, BOQ development, and cost control across CSA, electrical, and mechanical packages.

You will review designs, BIM models, and specifications, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure accurate quantities and compliant project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Certification in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, or Cost Management will be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quantity take-offs and material estimates at 30%, 65%, and IFC stages.
• Review design drawings, specifications, BIM models, and technical documents for quantity extraction.
• Develop and maintain BOQs for CSA, Electrical, and Mechanical packages.
• Support project cost planning, budgeting, and estimate validation activities.
• Coordinate with discipline engineers, BIM teams, consultants, and project stakeholders to capture design changes and revisions.
• Perform quantity reconciliation between successive design stages and maintain revision control records.
• Analyze quantity variances and provide impact assessments for project cost forecasting.
• Support procurement and tendering activities by providing accurate quantity data and measurement sheets.
• Validate contractor and subcontractor quantity submissions wherever required.
• Maintain quantity tracking databases, measurement sheets, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and company standards.
• Generate periodic quantity reports, dashboards, and management updates.
