Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in construction quantity surveying or estimation preferred.
• Proficient in BOQ preparation, take-off, rate analysis, and costing.
• Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and documentation.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically competent Quantity Surveyor to manage quantity take-offs, estimation, BOQ preparation, costing, billing, and project cost control. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate quantities, competitive pricing, proper documentation, and effective monitoring of project costs throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in construction quantity surveying or estimation is preferred.
