Responsibilities

• Study and verify BOQ, drawings, and specifications.
• Identify and report extra items/variations.
• Take and maintain joint measurements with the project team, subcontractors, and clients.
• Prepare and submit RA Bills as per schedule.
• Coordinate with clients/PE for bill measurements and approvals.
• Verify quantities with labour, material, and machinery records.
• Maintain material and steel reconciliation reports.
• Collect required documents and ensure timely bill submission.
• Coordinate with site, survey, subcontractor, and project teams.
