The Banyan Hr Consults in Nellore, AP seeks a Quantity Surveyor/QS Engineer for industrial construction. You will manage BOQ, take-offs, billing, and cost control, coordinating with site, planning, and procurement teams to maintain budget and ensure accurate reporting.

Diploma/BE/BTech in Civil Engineering is required, with experience in industrial projects like warehouses, factories, and foundations. Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial construction projects preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD for take-offs and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Quantity take-off from IFC/GFC drawings and specifications.
• BOQ preparation and verification.
• Client RA billing and site measurements.
• Subcontractor/vendor bill verification.
• Joint measurements with client/consultant/subcontractors.
• Quantity reconciliation against BOQ/tender quantities.
• Identification and preparation of variations, deviations, and extra items.
• Rate analysis for non-BOQ and extra items.
• Material reconciliation for cement, steel, concrete, etc.
• Cost control and project budget monitoring.
• Monthly commercial/MIS reporting.
• Review of drawing revisions and quantity updates.
• Final billing and project closure documentation.
• Contractual claim and commercial documentation.
• Coordination with Site, Planning, Procurement, Accounts, and Project teams
