Bunny Studcon Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a QS Engineer / Quantity Surveyor to manage quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimates, and client/subcontractor bills from drawings and specifications.

You will monitor quantities and costs, conduct rate analyses, review drawings, coordinate with site, planning, design, procurement and accounts teams, and maintain accurate measurement records to support cost control and billing.

Qualifications

• BE/ in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, billing, rate analysis, and cost control.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience in building/construction projects will be preferred.
• Experience3-5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying / Billing / Estimation.
• Preferred CandidatesImmediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
• Candidates with good knowledge of Excel, billing, estimation, and site measurements.

Responsabilités
