Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor (Civil) with 6-10 years of experience for our Bangalore project. The role focuses on commercial management, contract administration, and cost control across civil and MEP works.

You will handle contractor billing, payments, claims, and cost reporting while coordinating with project teams and clients to ensure financial performance and compliance with FIDIC standards.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor in Civil projects.
• Strong experience in post-contract administration and commercial management.
• Manage contractor billing, payment certification, and variation orders.
• Review and evaluate claims, change orders, and contractual correspondence.
• Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and budget monitoring reports.
• Conduct quantity verification and cost analysis for project works.
• Coordinate with project, design, and client teams on commercial matters.
• Sound knowledge of FIDIC/contract management principles and QS practices.
• Strong technical understanding of Civil & MEP construction works.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and quantity surveying documentation.
• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying.
