Job summary

Surbana Jurong invites a Project Quantity Surveyor – Civil to join our Bangalore team. You will oversee commercial management, post-contract administration and cost control on Civil projects, with 6–10 years of experience.

The role demands strong analytical skills and stakeholder coordination across design, client, and project teams. We expect a Bachelor's in civil engineering or quantity surveying and proficiency in MS Excel.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor in Civil projects.
• Strong experience in post-contract administration and commercial management.
• Manage contractor billing, payment certification, and variation orders.
• Review and evaluate claims, change orders, and contractual correspondence.
• Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and budget monitoring reports.
• Conduct quantity verification and cost analysis for project works.
• Coordinate with project, design, and client teams on commercial matters.
• Sound knowledge of FIDIC/contract management principles and QS practices.
• Strong technical understanding of Civil & MEP construction works.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and quantity surveying documentation.
