Job summary

Vibrant Transformers in Mumbai seeks an MEP Billing Engineer (Quantity Survey) to manage project billings and quantity-based cost control. The role focuses on accurate BOQ preparation, measuring work, and validating subcontractor bills.

You will prepare BOQs, measure actual work versus theoretical quantities, and verify subcontractor bills, leveraging MS Excel and AutoCAD to support precise estimates.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or higher is required.
• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil is preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities are essential.
• Experience with BOQ, BBS and subcontractor bills is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) for projects.
• Measure actual work against theoretical quantities and analyze variations.
• Verify subcontractor bills for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare BBS and support cost control activities.
