Role & responsibilities

• Must have experience with quantity surveying / BOQ preparation for commercial interior projects from Autocad drawings
• Must be able to go to site and take measurements for bill preparation
• Preparing rate analysis

Preferred candidate profile

• Min 1 year experience preparing BOQ for commercial projects.
• Able to work in close collaboration with project managers and architects.
• Autocad knowledge is a must.
• Excel knowledge is a must.
• Must be able work from site and our office in Chennai.
