Job summary

Poshs Cinoti Pvt Ltd. is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee fabrication and formwork quality across processes at the Satara plant. You will drive quality systems, ensure compliance and lead a team of 6-8 engineers in implementing robust QA practices.

The role requires extensive experience in heavy fabrication, welding methods and RDSO documentation, with a focus on reducing defects and improving process stability. Office-based position at Asawali, Satara.

Qualifications

• Strong systems for ISO 9001, IATF, APQP & PPAP.
• Welding & fabrication quality expertise across processes.
• Capable of driving CAPA, root cause analysis and preventive actions.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce in-house quality procedures and documentation.
• Lead quality engineers and production staff for continuous improvement.
• Monitor inspections and ensure calibration & measurement traceability.

Important Skills - Quality Manager (Formwork Fabrication Industry)

A) Quality Management Systems & Compliance

• Strong expertise in ISO 9001, IATF, APQP, PPAP, Six Sigma
• Ability to define, implement, and enforce in-house quality procedures, standards, and documentation
• Welding & Fabrication Quality Expertise
• In-depth knowledge of fabrication processes and welding methodology (WPS, PQR)
• Understanding of latest welding techniques and inspection requirements
• Root Cause Analysis, corrective & preventive action (CAPA) effectiveness review
• Ownership of internal & external customer complaints and rejection reduction

B) Quality Control, Inspection & Calibration Management

• Monitoring incoming, in-process & final inspections as per Quality Plan
• Control of measuring instruments, calibration schedules & inspection reports before dispatch
• Leadership, Training & Continuous Improvement
• Ability to lead and supervise 6-8 quality engineers/technical staff
• Identifying training needs, driving continuous improvement, and facilitating quality culture across production

C) Very important Skill : 1) Knowledge of RDSO certification & documentation

Experience : 10 to 15 years in Heavy Fabrication, Auto, Auto Ancillaries, Tier I Salary Range : CTC to Lac / Year
