Responsibilities

• Liaise with in-line inspection.
• Carry out internal audit for ISO 9001: 2008.
• Ensure ISO 9001: 2008 requirements are implemented and maintained.
• Identify training needs for all personnel.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and procedures for service and repair operations.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and evaluations to ensure compliance with standards and customer expectations.
• Verify the quality of repairs and services before delivery to customers.
• Ensure SOPs and safety guidelines are followed.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives to improve service delivery.

The role will be responsible for managing all work methods and maintaining knowledge on all quality assurance standards. Monitoring continuous applications for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with in-line inspection.
• Carry out internal audit for ISO 9001: 2008.
• Ensure that the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 are implemented and maintained.
• Identify training needs for all personnel.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and procedures tailored to service and repair operations.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and evaluations of service processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer expectations.
• Verify the quality of repairs and services before delivery to customers.
• Ensure technicians follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to streamline repair workflows and reduce waste.
• Lead initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal policies.
• Maintain proper documentation for quality inspections, service records, and audits.
• Prepare reports for management, including KPIs and quality metrics.
• Liaise with external bodies on matters relating to quality system.
• Ensure that the process needed for the quality management system are established implemented and maintained.
• Experience in coding and using QA software tools and processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent project management skills.

Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge:

• Min 8 to 10years of experience in quality assurance field in a manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor of Technology (Mechanical Engineering).
