Job summary

Srons Engineers in India is seeking an experienced professional for manufacturing, production and quality control roles. You will drive daily production planning, monitor quality from raw material to finished goods, manage production manpower and optimize material flow on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate has hands-on factory floor experience, strong knowledge of 5S/Kaizen, CAPA, root cause analysis and SOP implementation, with a Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production or Industrial

• Experience in steel, pipe manufacturing, fabrication, engineering or heavy machinery preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Daily production planning and monitoring

Preferred candidate profile

• 812 years of experience in manufacturing / production / quality control, preferably in steel, pipe manufacturing, fabrication, engineering or heavy machinery.


• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering preferred.


• Hands-on experience in factory floor management, production planning and quality control.


• Strong knowledge of raw material management, WIP, finished goods and material flow.


• Ability to plan and improve factory layout, machine placement, storage areas and material movement.


• Experience in 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and continuous improvement.


• Good knowledge of quality inspection, rejection/rework control, root cause analysis, CAPA and SOP implementation.


• Experience in managing production workers, supervisors and QC staff.


• Able to maintain and review daily production, quality, rejection and material consumption reports.


• Should be capable of identifying production bottlenecks, wastage and quality problems and implementing practical solutions.


• Good understanding of engineering drawings, measuring instruments, welding/fabrication processes and manufacturing standards.


• Strong leadership, discipline, problem-solving and communication skills.


• Candidate should be hands-on, factory-floor oriented and capable of independently managing day-to-day plant operations.


• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in small/medium-sized manufacturing factories and can take ownership of both Production & Quality.
