Job summary

S L Fasteners in Kundli, Haryana, is seeking a Quality Management System (QMS) professional to lead the preparation of procedures, work instructions, and standards, and to support continual improvement. You will review QMS manuals, back up the QMS manager during audits, and drive competency mapping and training for the QMS team.

The role requires coordinating with HODs and department heads, participating in audits and meetings, and ensuring timely completion of QMS projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing procedures, work instructions and standards.
• Experience supporting QMS audits and NC closure.
• Competency mapping and training for QMS team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare department-wise procedures, work instructions, standards and formats in collaboration with HOD and respective department heads.
• Review and update QMS manual and procedures for continual improvement and auditor observations.
• Provide backend support to QMS manager during audits, MRMs or other issues.
• Map competencies and conduct awareness training for QMS team to upgrade skills.
• Coordinate QMS-related projects assigned by HOD and ensure timely completion.
• Participate in Gemba audits, CFT meetings, Safety Meetings, MRM or other QMS-related meetings with other departments.
• Verify internal audits, coherence reviews, customer audits, registration forms, and customer agreements prepared by the QMS team.

Role & responsibilities

• 1. Preparation of department wise procedures, WI, Standards, Formats etc.as required with HOD and concern department head discussion.
• 2. Responsible for review and update QMS manual and procedures as per requirement for continual improvements, any auditor observation, NC closer requirements etc.
• 3. Responsible for backend support to QMS manager during audits, MRM or any other issue observed.
• 4. Responsible for competency mapping and awareness training to QMS team for their skill upgradation.
• 5. Responsible for HOD's assign QMS related projects completion on time.
• 6. Responsible for participation in Gemba audit, CFT meeting, Safety Meeting, MRM or any QMS related meeting with another departments.
• 7. Responsible for verification of internal audit, Coherence review, Customer audit, Registration form, Customer agreement or any other documents prepared and submitted by QMS team.
