Job summary

Jayvin Management Systems And Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented QMS Documents Specialist in Tamil Nadu. You will prepare, review, and update QMS documents to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, and maintain controlled records across departments.

You will coordinate internal and external audits, track non-conformities and CAPA, and prepare SOPs and work instructions. Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail are essential for accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 / QMS.
• Experience in QMS documentation and document control.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of internal audits and CAPA.
• Proficient in MS Office; meticulous record-keeping.
