Job summary

Jones Lang Lasalle Property Consultants seeks an Executive Engineering QMS with 6–7 years of GMP documentation experience. The role focuses on QA standards, SOP development, deviation and CAPA management, and QMS support within engineering functions.

The candidate will manage DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ documentation, training on SOPs and GDP, and ensure regulatory ISO/WHO GSDP compliance, while coordinating technical drawings and maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation or B Pharma; BE preferred.
• 6–7 years’ experience in GMP documentation in engineering/QMS.
• Experience in QMS documentation and as SME in engineering matters.

Responsibilities

• Implement QA standards, processes, controls and cGMP in warehouse.
• Prepare SOPs and drive their effective implementation.
• Be versed in deviation management SOPs.
• Be versed in change control and CAPA for engineering.
• Familiar with DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ documentation.
• Ensure training on SOPs, GDP, cGMP and on-the-job training.
• Oversee HVAC systems, calibration, requalification scheduling.
• Prepare planners for preventive maintenance and calibration.
• Ensure compliance to Regulatory, ISO and WHO GSDP requirements.
• Coordinate drawing preparation and approvals.
• Experience with QMS software like TrackWise.

BE Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation or B pharma preferably BE

Experience:

6-7 years’ experience in handling engineering department GMP documentation activities and supporting engineering function as SME in QMS documentation

Responsibilities:

• 1. Implementation of quality assurance standards, processes, controls and cGMP in warehouse.
• 2. Preparation of SOPs and ensure effective implementation.
• 3. should be well versed with deviation management SOP
• 4. Should be well versed with change control and CAPA management related to engineering department
• 5. Should be familiar with documentation like DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ.
• 6. To ensure that training for SOP’s, GDP, cGMP and On the Job training are imparted to staff as per Schedule
• 7. Routine Requalification & Validation of HVAC systems, compressed gases and equipment.
• 8. Preparation of all planners like Preventive maintenance, calibration, requalification etc in engineering function
• 9. To ensure compliance to Regulatory, ISO and WHO GSDP requirements.
