Job summary

Avi Worldwide in India is seeking an experienced QMS professional to manage and maintain QMS documents, records, formats and master lists. You will coordinate with departments, support audits and ensure timely updates.

The role requires a strong background in Quality Management Systems within automotive manufacturing and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has 12 years in QMS/Quality Assurance, familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, and knowledge of Automotive Core Tools.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in QMS/Quality Assurance.
• Experience from Automobile / Auto Components / Manufacturing Industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools – APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.
• Experience in Internal Quality Audits, Process Audits and Product Audits.
• Good understanding of QMS documentation, procedures, work instructions, formats and records.
• Experience in CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, 5 Why and Fishbone Analysis.
• Knowledge of Customer Complaints, Non-Conformance Management and Corrective/Preventive Actions.
• Exposure to Internal/External/Customer Audits and audit compliance.
• Ability to coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and other departments for QMS activities.
• Good MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint for reports and records.
