Job summary

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. in India is seeking a QA-focused professional to advance software quality through automated and manual testing across projects.

You will collaborate with development teams, address issues, and drive audits and testing processes for systems used by global clients. Lead a team of professionals and offshore resources, set goals, ensure compliance, and contribute to app development understanding.

Qualifications

• University degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
• Experience debugging software and testing processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of app development and programming.

• Handling problems that are sometimes difficult and moderately complex.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

Specializes in debugging software using automated tests to achieve quality standards for applications, system products, and projects. Executes test plans to ensure program functionality and consults development engineers to address issues. Provides feedback for evaluation of programming languages, systems, and computation software. Develops, conducts, and evaluates application audits and testing processes. Manages a team of Professionals, more senior level Support staff, larger group of off-shore/contract resources or some combination of these groups. May have supervisors reporting to them.
