Job summary

Gallagher in India seeks an experienced QA professional to execute hands-on functional and integration testing across enterprise applications. You will analyze stories, prepare data, log defects, and support UAT with strong data validation and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of QA experience, proficiency with Postman for API testing, and familiarity with Azure DevOps/Jira in an Agile setting. Excellent documentation and communication skills are essential.

Execute hands-on functional and integration testing across enterprise applications.

How you'll make an impact

Key responsibilities

• Analyze user stories and acceptance criteria; identify gaps and risks.
• Create and execute functional, integration, regression and exploratory tests.
• Prepare test data and validate end-to-end business processes across applications.
• Log defects with reproducible evidence and complete retesting through closure.

About you

Required experience and skills

• 3+ years in software QA or quality engineering.
• Strong hands-on functional, integration and regression testing experience.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and Azure DevOps, Jira or comparable tooling.
• Ability to test APIs using Postman or similar tools.
• Working SQL capability for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Strong documentation, analytical and cross-functional communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Dynamics 365, Power Platform or enterprise CRM testing experience for AMP/ACE assignments.
• Experience supporting complex insurance, sales, billing, commission or policy workflows.
• ACCELQ or comparable automation exposure.
• Experience with data migration, security-role or persona testing.
