Job summary

Blueladder EPC Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in India invites a skilled Quality Engineer to oversee fabrication quality in PEB projects, inspecting materials, welding, and dimensional checks while maintaining ITPs and NCRs.

You will coordinate with production to ensure conformance to drawings, manage quality documentation, and support painting, surface preparation, and final inspections across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in PEB fabrication quality and inspection.
• Knowledge of welding inspection, dimensional checking, and fabrication processes.
• Understanding of surface preparation, painting inspection, and DFT testing.
• Familiarity with ITPs, NCRs, and quality documentation.
• Candidates based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials and verify compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct welding, fit-up, cutting, and drilling inspections during fabrication.
• Perform dimensional inspections as per approved drawings.

What You Will Do

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Candidate should be Localite of Chht. Sambhaji Nagar.
• Hands‑on experience in PEB fabrication quality and inspection.
• Knowledge of welding inspection, dimensional checking, and fabrication processes.
• Understanding of surface preparation, painting inspection, and DFT testing.
• Familiarity with ITPs, NCRs, and quality documentation.
• Good observation, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Candidates based in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar are preferred.

2-4 years of relevant experience in the PEB industry.
