Job summary

Bergenia Consultancy in Mumbai seeks an experienced Civil engineer to lead end-to-end PEB and warehouse construction projects.

You will plan, schedule, allocate resources, monitor site execution, and coordinate with PEB vendors, contractors, MEP teams, consultants, and clients. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving are essential for on-time delivery and safety.

Immediate joiners from Mumbai with a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil and 2+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. Civil degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PEB and warehouse construction projects.
• Based in Mumbai or immediate availability from Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of PEB and warehouse construction projects.
• Plan, schedule, allocate resources, and monitor site execution.
• Coordinate with PEB vendors, contractors, MEP teams, consultants, and clients.
• Review fabrication/erection drawings, material management, and erection sequencing.
• Ensure quality control for foundations, anchor bolts, structural assembly, sheeting, and finishing works.
• Enforce safety standards, risk management, and conduct regular inspections.
• Provide strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving for delivery.
