Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Quality Engineering and Quality Management, with the ability to design and implement effective quality systems.
• Hands-on experience in Quality Control, including inspections, testing, and documentation across manufacturing and project execution stages.
• Background in Quality Assurance practices, such as process audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement activities.
• Proven capability in maintaining Product Quality, ensuring adherence to specifications, standards, and customer requirements.
• Knowledge of ISO or similar quality frameworks, and use of quality tools such as root cause analysis and statistical techniques.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in preparing quality reports and documentation.

Role Description

The Quality Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Quality Engineer will oversee quality standards across design, fabrication, and installation activities for pre-engineered steel building projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing quality plans, monitoring product quality during manufacturing, conducting inspections and audits, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions. The role involves collaborating with design, production, and project teams to ensure compliance with internal quality procedures, client specifications, and relevant industry standards. The Quality Engineer will also analyze quality data, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support documentation and reporting for quality assurance and control.

Qualifications
