Job summary

Yashoda Hospitals is seeking a Civil Site Inspector to conduct daily inspections across civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works on our hospital project. You will monitor material quality, coordinate lab tests, and ensure workmanship meets specifications throughout each construction stage.

The role requires close collaboration with project managers and site engineers to resolve issues, maintain test records, and prepare handover documentation before project closure.

Qualifications

• Daily site inspections across civil, structural, and MEP, plus finishing works.
• Strong focus on material quality and lab coordination for tests.
• Inspect workmanship at each construction stage and ensure conformance.
• Review and approve method statements, BBS, and mock-ups prior to execution.
• Calibrate equipment and testing instruments on site.
• Identify NCRs, report deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection reports, checklists, and test records for all activities.
• Coordinate with PMs, site engineers, and contractors to close quality issues.
• Ensure handover docs including test certificates, warranties, and as-built drawings are complete.

• Inspect workmanship at each stage excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, blockwork, plastering, painting, flooring, etc.


• Verify and approve method statements, bar bending schedules (BBS), and mock-ups before execution.


• Ensure proper calibration of equipment, tools, and testing instruments at site.


• Identify non-conformities (NCRs), report deviations, and ensure timely corrective measures.


• Maintain detailed inspection reports, checklists, and test records for all construction activities.


• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to close quality issues.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma / B.Tech - Civil with 2- 4 Yrs Experience from Real Estate industry
