Job summary

Preet Brothers is seeking a Quality – In-Process professional with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in machine building and manufacturing. The role involves in-process inspection of components and assemblies, verifying dimensional accuracy against drawings and tolerances, and maintaining quality records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in In-Process Quality / Inspection.
• Hands-on experience in machine building, machine manufacturing, or machine tool manufacturing.
• Experience in in-process inspection of components, assemblies and manufacturing activities.
• Ability to check dimensional accuracy, drawings, tolerances and quality parameters.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge.
• Capable of identifying quality deviations, defects and non-conformities during manufacturing.
• Coordinate with Production, Design, Assembly and other departments for quality issues and corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection reports, quality records, rejection/rework data, and NCR documentation.
• Good understanding of drawings, GD&T, tolerances and manufacturing processes.
• Candidates from machine manufacturing / machine building companies preferred.
