Job summary

Biz2X seeks an experienced Lead QA Engineer to own the testing strategy for the Loan Management System (LMS). You will lead automation efforts, validate end-to-end lending workflows, and drive quality across origination, underwriting, disbursement, repayments, and servicing.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver high-quality fintech solutions, contribute to CI/CD automation, and explore AI-driven testing enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on QA in LMS domain with end-to-end testing expertise.
• Experience validating lending lifecycle workflows including origination, underwriting, and servicing.
• Proven ability to design and implement automation frameworks and CI/CD integrations.

Role: Lead QA Engineer – Loan Management System (LMS)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead QA Engineer with strong expertise in Loan Management Systems (LMS) and digital lending platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of the lending lifecycle, hands-on automation testing experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality financial products.

As a key member of the Quality Engineering team, you will be responsible for validating complex lending workflows, building scalable automation frameworks, and driving quality across mission-critical business applications.

Project Overview

Work on a modern Loan Management System (LMS) that supports the complete lending lifecycle, including loan origination, underwriting, KYC/KYB verification, disbursement, repayments, collections, accounting, foreclosure, and compliance workflows. The platform integrates with multiple third-party services, payment systems, and financial institutions to deliver seamless digital lending experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing of Loan Management System workflows.
• Validate lending processes including underwriting, disbursement, repayments, collections, and servicing.
• Design and execute Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT test scenarios.
• Validate complex financial calculations, accounting, and ledger transactions.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright and/or Selenium.
• Perform API testing and automation for system integrations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure quality releases.
• Track and manage defects through Jira and drive issues to closure.
• Contribute to CI/CD-based quality automation initiatives.
• Drive adoption of AI-driven testing practices and automation improvements.
