Job summary

Findoc Investmart is seeking a Deputy Technology Lead to drive LOS and LMS implementations, enhancements, and operational management across the customer lifecycle. You will bridge business needs with technology partners to scale lending platforms while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires hands-on experience with LOS/LMS, deep knowledge of onboarding, underwriting, servicing, and collections, and the ability to lead a small BA team and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in technology delivery, business analysis, product implementation, or program management.
• Experience in NBFC, Fintech, Digital Lending, Lending SaaS, Banks, or Lending Technology companies.
• Hands-on exposure to LOS and LMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of lending operations across onboarding, underwriting, loan servicing, repayments and collections.

Responsibilities

• Lending Technology Management: Own LOS and LMS platforms across the full customer lifecycle, drive new features, integrations and automation.
• Business Analysis: Gather requirements, translate into specs, design scalable workflows and APIs.
• Project Management: Lead end-to-end tech projects with UAT, deployment and hypercare.
• Process Automation: Identify automation opportunities to improve onboarding, verification, underwriting, servicing, and collections.
• Team Leadership: Mentor a 2-3 person BA team and set documentation and governance standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Align with senior business leaders and coordinate tech teams for execution.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Technology Lead to drive the implementation, enhancement, and management of our Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS). The individual will act as the bridge between business teams and technology partners, ensuring lending technology platforms support organizational growth, operational efficiency, scalability, and regulatory compliance. The role requires a strong understanding of lending processes across the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, underwriting, loan booking, repayment management, collections, and customer servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lending Technology Management Own and manage LOS and LMS platforms across the complete customer lifecycle. Drive new feature development, enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives. Manage relationships with external technology vendors and implementation partners. Define and prioritize technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Business Analysis Solution Design Gather and document business requirements from Sales, Credit, Operations, Finance, Collections, Compliance, and Customer Service teams. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Design scalable workflows, rule engines, APIs, and process automations. Participate in solution architecture discussions with technology teams and vendors.
• Project Management Lead end-to-end technology projects including requirement gathering, development coordination, UAT, deployment, and hypercare support. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards. Track project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Process Automation Digital Transformation Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation. Drive digitization initiatives across onboarding, verification, underwriting, servicing, and collections. Improve customer and employee experiences through technology-led interventions.
• Team Leadership Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 Business Analysts. Establish best practices for requirement documentation, testing, and project governance. Develop functional expertise within the team.
• Stakeholder Management Collaborate with senior business leaders to understand strategic objectives. Coordinate with internal and external technology teams to ensure effective execution. Conduct regular status reviews and progress reporting.
• Testing Quality Assurance Lead UAT planning and execution. Ensure platform changes meet business requirements and regulatory expectations. Support production issue resolution and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in technology delivery, business analysis, product implementation, or program management.
• Experience in NBFC, Fintech, Digital Lending, Lending SaaS, Banks, or Lending Technology companies.
• Hands-on exposure to LOS and LMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of lending operations, customer onboarding, KYC, underwriting, loan servicing, repayments, collections, and customer support workflows.
• Experience managing third-party product vendors and implementation partners.
• Proven track record of delivering technology transformation projects.
• Experience managing small teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• MBA preferred but not mandatory.
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, Product Management, or Project Management would be an advantage.
