Job summary

TRATON is seeking a Software Quality Assurance professional for a permanent role in Pune (Hybrid). You will work within MTBI, part of the TRATON group, to drive quality across enterprise software solutions.

You will collaborate with analysts, developers, and testers, focusing on test frameworks, automation, and release readiness. The role requires 2–5 years in QA and strong Agile/SAFe experience.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or QA.
• Experience in enterprise application testing and SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement quality assurance strategies across enterprise software solutions.
• Establish test frameworks, quality gates and release readiness criteria.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers and Test Engineers to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Drive defect prevention, root cause analysis and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with functional, non-functional, security and performance requirements.
• Contribute to automation, test optimization and quality metrics reporting.

To ensure that you will-

• B.E./B.Tech or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in SoftwareQuality Assurance, Quality Engineering or Test Management.
• Strong experience in enterpriseapplication testing and software development lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience with test managementtools, defect tracking systems and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Knowledge of test automation concepts,quality metrics and release management practices.
• Experience working within Agile or SAFeenvironments.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholdermanagement and communication skills.
