Indovance Private Limited in India seeks a Trainee Design Engineer (Civil Land Survey) to support land survey design, drafting, and plan production for residential and commercial projects. The role requires basic civil engg knowledge, 0–1 year of design exposure, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Carlson Survey, with readiness for night shifts.

You will work under the Land Survey department, collaborating with engineers to ensure designs meet client specs and standards, while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of 6 months of design experience.
• Previous experience in drafting - land surveying projects (USA).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ready for night shift 4:00 pm IST to 1:00 am IST.

Responsabilités

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Civil 3D software / Carlson Survey and civil engineering practices.

• Managing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, and to client expectations; Providing technical support to graduate engineers; Conduct meetings with the client.
