Job summary

Genpact is hiring Chartered Accountants for a Record to Report role in Gurgaon. The position focuses on reporting, consolidations, and the month-end close process, with responsibility for balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany activities.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified CA with experience in closing and reporting, able to manage multiple partners and ensure accurate financial statements on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with experience in record-to-report and financial close processes.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Experience managing multiple partners and ensuring timely month-end closings.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & consolidations.
• Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements.
• Review & posting of month-end journal entries.
• Review & performing month-end close activities.
• Prepare & review balance sheet reconciliations.
• Handle quarterly intercompany processes.
• Resolve balancing items and reconcile accounts.
• Manage multiple partners in close processes.
• Ensure smooth month-end close & reporting every month.
