Job summary

Genpact in Bengaluru (Bangalore) is seeking a Record to Report professional to lead reporting, closing and statutory accounting processes for global clients. This role focuses on accurate financial statements and strong governance.

You will drive month-end close, consolidations, intercompany reconciliations, audits, and continuous process improvements while partnering with customers to deliver timely, compliant financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Accounting background with closing & reporting experience.
• Ability to handle audit deliverables and evidence submission.
• Experience with intercompany processes and balance sheet reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and consolidations.
• Ensure adherence to KPIs/SLA and timely controls.
• Drive audit deliverables and evidence submission.
• Prepare quarterly, annual and audited financial statements.
• Review and posting of Month End Journal Entries.
• Review and performing Month End Close activities.
• Prepare and review Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Handle quarterly intercompany processes.
• Resolve balancing items.
• Build customer relationships and drive process updates with clients.
• Identify opportunities for process and automation improvements.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & consolidations.
• Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls
• Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements
• Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements
• Review & Posting of Month End Journal Entries
• Review & Performing Month End Close activities
• Prepare & Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations
• Handle quarterly intercompany process
• Resolution of Balancing Items
• Experienced Accounting Knowledge (With Closing & reporting experience)
• Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required
• Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements

Education

• B.com / BBA / M.com / MBA /Qualified CA, CMA, CS are eligible
